To ensure product quality remains at the industry-leading level, we continuously invest in advanced testing equipment and inspection facilities, and have assembled an experienced quality management team.
RoHS Tester
Suitable for quantitative screening of hazardous substances (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, etc.) in power adapters, wiring harnesses, and plastic housings. During incoming material inspection and outgoing shipment sampling, it tests metal coatings, plastic particles, and solder materials one by one, ensuring each batch of finished products complies with international environmental regulations such as RoHS and REACH, thereby avoiding export market compliance risks.
Plating Thickness Tester
Applied for measuring coating thickness on AC/DC wiring harness terminals and ultrasonic welding machine electrode tips. Using X-ray fluorescence for non-destructive measurement of micron-level thickness of gold and tin plating layers, verifying coating uniformity. Regular sampling during production prevents increased contact resistance and reduced insertion/withdrawal lifespan due to thin coatings, ensuring stable signal transmission of connectors during long-term use.
Salt Spray Tester
Used for corrosion resistance testing of power adapter metal housings, wiring harness connectors, and ultrasonic welding machine frames. In a continuous 48-72 hour salt spray environment, it observes whether the sample surface shows red rust, blistering, or coating peeling. Products passing this test can be safely used in ships, offshore platforms, and high-humidity industrial scenarios, meeting customer requirements for anti-corrosion levels of outdoor equipment.
Pull-Out Force Tester
On AC/DC wiring harness production lines, samples are taken from each batch for pull-out force testing of terminals and wires. The pull force threshold is set according to UL 486A standards to check the mechanical strength of crimping areas. When actual values fall below the standard, the machine is immediately stopped to calibrate crimping dies, preventing quality issues such as poor contact or circuit open circuits caused by loose terminals, ensuring finished products meet safety certification requirements.
Video Measurement System
Used for two-dimensional dimension measurement of precision mold parts, injection-molded housings, and connector terminals. Using high-magnification optical lenses combined with image recognition algorithms, it automatically compares dozens of critical dimensions within 0.5 seconds. In the new product development phase, it is used for first-article confirmation; during mass production, it monitors dimensional shifts caused by mold wear, ensuring assembly dimension fluctuations remain within the ±0.05mm tolerance range.
Constant Temperature and Humidity Chamber
Performs environmental stress screening on power adapter finished products and ultrasonic welding machines from -40℃ to +85℃ with humidity 0-95%RH. Each mass-produced model undergoes at least 200 hours of accelerated aging testing, monitoring drift in electrical performance parameters (output voltage, current, ripple) during thermal cycling. This test verifies product suitability for global cold, tropical, and high-altitude regions.
Hi-Pot Tester (Glow Wire Tester)
Suitable for dielectric strength testing of AC/DC wiring harness insulation layers. A high voltage of 1500-3000V is applied between the conductor and the insulation surface to monitor for breakdown discharge (glow wire phenomenon). During harness production, each core wire is tested online to prevent leakage and short circuit risks caused by insulation damage, making it a critical inspection step for ensuring products pass UL/CUL safety certifications.
Wire Bending Tester
Simulates repeated bending and dragging of power adapter output wires and finished harnesses during daily user use. With a bending angle of ±90° and frequency of 60 cycles/minute, after 5000-10000 continuous bends, it checks conductor strand breakage rate and insulation damage. During the R&D selection phase, it evaluates the fatigue resistance of different conductor stranding structures and insulation materials, ensuring stable electrical connections even under harsh usage conditions.
Reflow Oven
Used for soldering process validation of power adapter PCB assemblies. By setting a four-to-six-zone temperature profile, it simulates the entire process of preheating, activation, reflow, and cooling for lead-free solder. After the first piece of each batch is soldered, X-ray inspection checks solder joint void rate and wetting angle, ensuring soldering reliability for complex packages like BGA and QFN, avoiding early field failures caused by batch soldering defects.
Carrier Tape Peel Force Tester
For incoming material inspection of SMD component packaging used on ultrasonic welding machine control boards and power adapter PCBs. It measures the force required to peel SMD components from embossed carrier tape, ensuring it falls within the standard range of 0.1-1.0N. If the force is too low, components may fall off during transport; if too high, pick-and-place machines may fail to pick them up. This test ensures SMT line placement efficiency and yield.
Hygrometer
Deployed as 24/7 environmental monitoring points in SMT workshops, material warehouses, and testing laboratories. It records humidity data in real-time and coordinates dehumidification/humidification systems to keep ambient humidity within the target range of 30-60%RH. Particularly during humid seasons, it prevents soldering splashes, bubbles, and injection molding defects caused by moisture absorption in PCBs, solder paste, and plastic pellets, reducing process quality fluctuations at the source.
Continuity Tester
The final comprehensive electrical performance testing equipment for all AC/DC wiring harness finished products before shipment. A single test completes three key indicators: continuity (detecting misalignment, short circuits, open circuits), insulation resistance (≥100MΩ@500V), and dielectric strength (AC 1500V/1mA without breakdown). Test data is automatically recorded and assigned a unique serial number for traceability, matching the ERP system to achieve full-process quality traceability from raw materials to finished products.
Hardness Tester
Used for hardness testing of power adapter housing injection-molded parts and ultrasonic welding machine tool head metal parts. Plastic parts are tested with a Shore durometer to ensure sufficient impact strength without brittleness; metal parts are tested with a Rockwell hardness tester to verify the effectiveness of heat treatment processes. Used during incoming material inspection and mold trial stages, it prevents cracking or excessive wear caused by material hardness non-conformities at the source.
Vibration Tester
Performs simulated transportation vibration testing on power adapter finished products and ultrasonic welding machines. A 10-55Hz sweep vibration and random vibration spectrum are set, with accelerated testing executed for 2 hours per axis in X/Y/Z directions. After testing, it checks for loose screws, cracked housings, and detached internal components, evaluating the product's packaging protection scheme and structural design reliability, ensuring product performance integrity during long-distance shipping and field use.
