8. Can sample testing be provided?
Yes. Winna Technology offers free sample soldering testing services. Customers can mail their samples to our laboratory, where we will complete the soldering and provide a test report (including pull force data, cross-section photos, etc.). The sample testing cycle is 1-3 working days.
9. Advantages of ultrasonic welding vs. traditional welding?
Advantages of ultrasonic welding: ① Solid-state connection, no solder/flux, environmentally friendly and pollution-free; ② Short welding time (0.1-0.5 seconds per cycle), high efficiency; ③ Extremely low interface resistance, excellent conductivity; ④ No preheating or post-processing required, simple process; ⑤ No sparks/fumes, safe and reliable; ⑥ Suitable for dissimilar metal connections (copper-aluminum).
11. Which countries do your equipment export to?
Winna Technology's Jinyi Ultrasonic brand welding equipment is exported to over 40 countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Mexico, Brazil, etc. It provides English interface and operation manuals, and supports overseas remote debugging and technical support.
12. What are the main application scenarios in the new energy industry?
Ultrasonic welding is mainly used in the new energy industry for: power battery module tab welding, busbar and busbar welding, high-voltage wiring harness terminal welding, IGBT module connection, photovoltaic module junction box welding, and energy storage battery pack assembly. Winna has extensive experience in supporting daily battery production lines.
