Welding Type
Ultrasonic Wire Harness Welding — Multiple copper wires are welded together in a solid state through ultrasonic high-frequency vibration, without the need for solder or flux.
Process Parameters: Frequency 20kHz | Welding Power 2000W | Welding Time 0.25~0.5s | Amplitude 40~60μm
Applicable Wire Gauge: 0.5mm² ~ 10mm² stranded copper wire
Welding Results: Weld bonding rate ≥90% | Tensile strength ≥85% of wire body strength | Internal resistance ≤0.5mΩ
Process Advantages
Compared to traditional soldering, ultrasonic wire harness welding requires no preheating, no solder splatter, and no flux cleaning process. The single-point welding cycle is only 0.3 seconds, improving efficiency by more than 5 times. It is especially suitable for mass production scenarios of automotive wire harnesses, home appliance wire harnesses, and industrial control wire harnesses.
