Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for R&D design of power adapter products, including solution selection, schematic design, PCB layout, transformer design, etc.
• Lead the full process from R&D to mass production, resolve technical issues during pilot runs and mass production
• Responsible for product EMC/EMI design, rectification and certification support
• Prepare product technical documentation, BOM lists and production process documents
• Participate in new technology research and evaluation, continuously optimize product cost and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics or related field
• 3+ years of R&D experience in switching power supplies or power adapters
• Proficient in common topologies such as Flyback, LLC, with independent design capability
• Proficient in PCB design software such as Altium Designer, PADS
• Familiar with UL, CE, FCC, CCC safety certification requirements
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Experience in PD fast charging or GaN charger development is preferred

Responsible for international market development and customer maintenance, including customer visits, order follow-up, market information collection, and brand promotion.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English (able to communicate by phone/email);

2. 2+ years of foreign trade experience, adapter/harness/welding equipment sales experience preferred;

3. Willing to travel frequently, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsible for design and development of AC/DC cable harness products, including drawing creation, material selection, sample production, and production technical support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields;

2. 3+ years of cable harness development experience;

3. Familiar with automotive/industrial harness standards (IPC/WHMA-A-620, ISO 6722, etc.);

4. Proficient in CAD/ProE/CATIA design software.

Responsible for R&D of ultrasonic metal welding equipment, including transducer design, generator optimization, welding process development, and customer technical support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields;

2. 3+ years of ultrasonic equipment development experience;

3. Familiar with ultrasonic transducer principles and welding process parameters;

4. Knowledge of various metal welding characteristics (copper, aluminum, nickel, etc.).

Responsible for R&D design of switching power adapters, including scheme selection, circuit design, transformer design, sample debugging, certification coordination, and mass production support.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Power Electronics, or related fields;

2. 3+ years of power adapter development experience, familiar with 65W-300W adapter design;

3. Familiar with QC/PD/VOOC fast charging protocols;

4. Experience with UL/CE/FCC certifications.

1. Responsible for design, porting, and development of embedded product OS, device drivers, and applications (e.g., bootloader, kernel, driver, rootfs, application design/debug on Linux platform);

2. Code testing, including unit testing and critical system function testing;

3. Write development documents, program design block diagrams/software flowcharts/software interface specifications/test reports.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in C/C++ programming;

2. Familiar with embedded compilation environment; familiar with STM/51 microcontroller development.
