The customer has extremely high requirements for suppliers' technical capabilities, quality control systems, and production capacity. **Purpose of Visit** The customer has recently taken on an electric vehicle battery pack Busbar welding project and needs to find an ultrasonic welding equipment supplier with mass production capabilities and IATF 16949 quality system certification. After preliminary technical solution comparisons, our company was shortlisted as a final supplier and required to pass an on-site audit to confirm production capacity. **On-Site Inspection** The customer's quality engineer and procurement manager conducted a comprehensive two-day inspection of our company, including: quality management system review, equipment production line tour, laboratory welding capability verification, and random document checks of past project records. **Technical Verification** The customer brought samples of 8-layer copper busbars (total thickness 6mm) for on-site welding tests. Our company used the YN-X203-Y 3000W high-power ultrasonic metal welding machine for welding. Test results showed: weld joint rate ≥95%, post-weld resistance ≤5μΩ, and shear force exceeding 120% of the customer's technical specifications. The customer highly praised the power stability of the welding equipment and the programming flexibility of welding parameters. **Collaboration Outcome** After passing the on-site audit, the customer officially added our company to its qualified supplier list. The initial order was for 4 customized high-power ultrasonic welding equipment units, to be used in the Busbar welding production line at its Bavarian factory in Germany. Additionally, our company provided remote technical support and process solutions for the customer's factory in Mexico.
